Tim focuses on teaching battle-tested techniques that work at the highest levels of competition. The objective of each technique is to dispatch your opponent as quickly and decisively as possible without sustaining damage to yourself. Beyond the foundation of good balance and leverage, though, there is no cookie-cutter prescription for success. Each person is endowed with their own unique strengths, limitations and temperament. Tim’s goal is to help each student acquire a well-suited set of skills while developing their mental toughness, confidence and physical conditioning. This requires a progressive, supportive approach where the student is frequently challenged but not made to feel that they are in over their head.
Tim offers private or semi-private (groups of 2-4 people) instruction in boxing, wrestling, MMA and physical conditioning to a limited number of students. His goal is to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, progressively challenging his clients beyond their perceived limits. Contact Tim for availability.
